• A certificate of completion of a 75-hour pre-licensure course from a qualified licensing school.
• The New York State real estate salesperson license application fee
• Coldwell Banker University Fast Start training program, an intensive, hands-on training program designed for immediate success in the real estate business
• Coldwell Banker King George Realty's free, personalized training program to introduce you to the everyday world of real estate forms, regulations and protocols
• Business Cards: If you choose to use a photo card you will also need a recent, professional photograph
• A personalized name badge
• Warren County Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing System membership
